VISION AND MISSION OF THE PROJECT

Vision

The vision of the projects is to transform Kodiang from a rural town into a tourism magnet. In the past, Kodiang was a busy town with a lot of activities. The foods especially Passembor Kodiang was nationally recognize as the best Passembor in Malaysia. However, as time passes by, the glorious town has become forgotten. People used to come here to taste the Passembor before continuing with their journey elsewhere. Our target is to revitalize the town into its former glory with a fresher vibe into it. We envision a town with modernity, but the cultural ambiance will be the main backdrop of in transformations.

Our company will ensure that the new Kodiang will be world recognize as one of the tourist hot spot.  We will be managing the marketing and promotions as well as scheduling all events and activities to attract people to Kodiang. 

Mission

The investor can expected a wholly new township with a lots of business opportunities to offers. The main attraction is the new City Centre that we called Kota Purnama City Centre. Inside the city centre we will be building Purnama Tower that will be overlooking scenic area around Kodiang from the highest point in Kodiang. The tower will be built inside a five star hotel and convention centre. In adjoining to the Hotel will be a recreational square to create a fully functional multipurpose area for any activities.  Alongside of the city center will be built the streets of the world. It will showcase the world Halal cuisine from Europe, Middle East, The Orient, Asean region and much more. Inside also will be built an Indoor Amusement park to keep the children preoccupied while the parents are shopping and enjoying themselves. Around the outskirt of Kodiang, we will be developing new Specialist Hospital, Sports Centers, New Town Square, A Resort & SPA, New Research & Education Centre, and Business centre.  

Our mission is to create a new face of Kodiang by bringing back to its former glory with the blend of new fresh ideas. We will create new opportunities for the investors, pulling tourist to the new Kodiang, and bringing more profits to investors.  

PROJECTS TO BE DEVELOPED

The concept of the development is to replicate building all around the world to be build in Kodiang with some improvement to ensure that it will blend nicely with the environment in Kodiang. We called “The Twinning City” development projects. The idea is to attract the tourist and local visitors to Kodiang and stunts them with the marvelous architecture and perhaps would remind them of home when they see the building around Kodiang.

The building will be used for local as well as international event and expositions. It will be equipped with a restaurant and cutting edge audio visual systems. It can also host recreational activities and wedding receptions.

The commercial centre will be the heart of business activities in Kodiang. It will hosts Islamic Banks, Islamic Takaful Company, ICT Company, Forex Company, Import & Export Company, save box facilities and will also have Education & Learning centre.

 4. Kodiang Postgraduate & Research Centre

This centre will be used to produces scholars from Post Graduate Diploma, Master Degree, PHD and Post Doctoral Research Degree. It will be the collaboration between Malaysian Higher Education’s Universities with well renowned research university around the worlds. It will be the home for the School of Business and Management, School of Science, School of R&D, The School of Culinary and Cooking, and School of Art And Architecture.  The aim is to generate new ideas and knowledge so that it can be implements starting here in Kodiang. All of the company that based in Kodiang will benefits from the outcome of the research and finding from the centre.

6. Al-Qamar Resort & SPA

 It will be an assimilation's concept of the deserts in the Equator. Bringing the desert resorts to tropical environments.  

7. Kodiang Sports Center – sports tourism

Kodiang Sports Centre will include:

a- Soccer Stadium (FIFA Standard)

The stadium will be 30,000 spectators sitter stadium. It will be used to hosts International friendly matches as well as International Tournaments. We will be fixing International teams such as Manchaster United, Real Madrid, Barcelona Bayern Munich etc to play friendly matches here in the stadium.    It will also be the office of Sports Science Center of Kodiang.

 

b- International Rugby Stadium (IRB Standard)

The stadium will be used to hosts International Rugby Test as well as International Rugby Tournaments. We will be inviting International Teams such as The All Blacks, Springboks, and The Wallabies etc to play here. The aim is to attract sports tourist to flocking in to Kodiang every time there are international matches held here.

c- Indoor Multi Purpose Stadium

The stadium will be hosting other sport tournament such as Badminton International Series, International Volleyball Championships, International Ping Pong Championship, International fencing championship, etc. It will also be equipped with a Gymnasium and Media press room.

d- Sports & Martial Arts Centre

The centre will be used to showcase martial arts exhibitions, sports exhibition as well as will be used to sell sports equipments, memorabilia of sports, etc.

8. Kodiang University Hospital & Specialist – health tourism

The hospital will be the place of educations where it will trains and produce highly professional Nurses as well and medical staff (i.e Pharmacist etc). Apart from that it will also hosts many specialist doctors in many fields. It will have modern equipment with the latest technology in medical fields. By that we can attracts people from all over the world who are seeking for treatments with an affordable costs. As we know that medical costs are very high in certain countries. We are offering better options for everyone. While the patients are here, the family could also stay here to take care of them. Kodiang offer residential apartment to be rent by them if they are staying longer.  

9. Kodiang Residents Apartment – preparation for the new residents

We will build 10 blocks of 7 level Apartment with 5 apartments on each level. After completions, it will be 350 apartments to be available for sales in kodiang. It is the first phase of rebuilding Kodiang’s housing landscape. The second phase will be done accordingly after the completions of other developments in Kodiang. All of the apartment area will be equipped with facilities such as garden and recreational areas, parking lots, retails shops, and others facilities. It will be open for sales to local as well as international person or companies. The development will be blend and assimilate with the environment in Kodiang so that the natural environment will not be destroyed in the process of development

Welcome to our Kodiang Development Master Plan site.

In this site, we will be giving out the overall development planning for Kodiang transformation process. In this site you can see the details description about the proposal developing planning to trsnform Kodiang a rural town with an agricultural based to a hybrid economic based. Our aim is to create a tourist attraction town and multiple sports and conventions centre in Kodiang. We are focusing on an Islamic HALAL approach to develop Kodiang.

The Master Plan includes:

10. Kodiang Global Mall

We can expect a yearly turnover of $2Billion forecasted with the xpectation of 3Millions tourist flocking Kodiang yearly.


With that we also will be creating at least 10,000 jobs and more business opportunities for the local and the people around Kodiang.

We are seeking for Investment and joint venture from individuals investors as well as organization to grab the opportunity to own our share of 45% on the overall projects and the profits. We can assure that the projects will have so many supporters and the growth will be at least 10% a Year. 

Total Costs of development is USD$ 1 Billion, Total projects value after completion is expected to be at USD$3 Billion. 

The developing process duration will be 5 years and stage 1 will be complete after year 1 and will be fully functional after 1.5years.  The next stage will be in completion one by one, but will not exceed 6 years.
